How to make Candy Christmas Wreaths

These Christmas wreaths were a favorite candy of mine when I was a child. So many magical memories of Christmas happened for me as a child. I carry those around and have tried to recreate special recipes and traditions throughout the years because of my own fondness for this special time of year.

Candy Christmas Wreaths

To make this very simple candy you will only need four ingredients.

  1. Cornflakes
  2. Marshmallows
  3. Butter
  4. Green Food Color

Let’s get started

To make these easy and delicious wreaths you will begin by melting 2 sticks of butter, or 1 cup. I like to melt mine until it turns a caramel color and then add 1 pound of marshmallows.

After that’s melted together add a small dab of green food coloring.

After this is stirred together, shape them into mini wreaths and dot them with cinnamon, and red hots to give them a look of berries.

These sweet little cornflake wreaths can be given away as gifts or put on any holiday platter to add beauty and flavor.
